Dr Kay Vogt is the founder and  President of Real Talk Company based in San Diego and Chicago.  She has consulted with many closely-held businesses on succession, leadership, and relationship issues since 1995. She uses a  "Whole Systems" approach and believes that  everyone should be invited to be a part of the solution.  In the event that not all members are willing to be involved, it is possible to proceed with those who are willing.

In addition to her role as a business psychologist, she holds certificates in both  Family Business and Family Wealth Advising from the Family Firm Institute, Internal Family Systems, Dynamic Facilitation, Focusing, Hogan Assessments, and Dean Fowler's Assessment Tools for Families and Business Partners  as well as many other individual and group modalities. Dr Vogt has an undergraduate degree in economics from Benedictine University and spent many years in management at AT&T prior to earning her doctorate in psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. She has pursued her interest in psychological well-being and building authentic "community" since the late 1980's. 

She is  a charter member of  Kaleo Advisors Network   a distinguished group of family business consultants located throughout the United States. In addition to her solo practice, Dr. Vogt and Kaleo team to work on a long term basis with families who are committed to  transforming multi-generational patterns so they can enjoy wealth as a positive force in the context of meaningful lives and open, honest relationships.
