Communication Practice

Our clients tell us that our unique communication practices have transformed relationships in the families and their companies. These practices are based on the latest in brain research. Learning how to manage our own anxiety and avoid speaking when we are triggered keeps us from unintentionally triggering each other in the way we say things. We scare each other half to death before we can even get out the content of what we are trying to communicate. Our training and practice transforms from the inside out rather than trying to memorize rote rules and ways of being that we usually can’t access when we are upset.

This service can begin with a one-day on-site practice/training involving individuals or groups. As with all practices, “readiness” is a key part of the success of this program.
